Monitoring & Rebooting

When you’re way too busy working on your web site or developing your applications, you hardly ever have enough time to monitor what’s happening with the VPS – whether it is overloading or if all the tasks are running correctly. With our Optional Admin Services solution, we will do that for you. Your server will be included in the custom server monitoring system and the minute there’s a trace of a problem, our server admins will be notified automatically.

Weekly Backups

Maintaining a backup of your data is highly recommended – one never knows when something would go wrong. And having signed for our Optional Admin Services option, you will take advantage of weekly backups of your whole VPS, not just of your content, without you being required to install or configure anything. Furthermore the backup copies are held on a server with e set of RAID–configured hard drives. As a result your content will always be protected, regardless of what happens.

Installation & Troubleshooting

With a VPS Server, you have full freedom to install any kind of script or service on your server. Yet, some scripts are harder to run and may require some extra setup from you. This is when our Optional Admin Services deal will help you out. It features thirty minutes of installation & problem–solving operations – it means that you will be able to literally hire one of our well–trained server administrators for thirty minutes and have him assist you with the installation of any kind of app that you want. Alternatively have him solve an issue that you’re having with your Virtual Private Server.

The Optional Admin Services package is bundled with the majority of our OpenVZ VPS Servers and is an add–on for the KVM VPS Servers.
